Seriously, on an ST or Falcon keyboard (you know, the sloppy flaky shabby
or what would you call them, ones) it is too dangerous. It was a bad
proposal.

Had the same with Pure C. Really, ^V isn't that hard to press, is it?
Insert for toggle insert/replace is much more friendly.
